Over recent months, many of you have written to me about receiving a poor postal service, especially in #Otford, #IdeHill and the Ryewood development in #DuntonGreen.
As a result of this, a meeting was held with Royal Mail at the #Sevenoaks sorting office at the end of September, and assurances were given that there was a six-week plan to improve matters.
However sadly, it appears in some locations the service now appears to have got worse. This week I have written to Royal Mail seeking an urgent action plan to be put in place to resolve this unacceptable situation.
