Last Friday I visited St Bartholomew's Catholic Primary School in Swanley to meet the amazing Head Giovanna McRae and her brilliant staff. The school has recently become an Academy and it was great to hear that even after only a month, they are already seeing benefits.
During the visit, I met with the Head Boys and Heads Girls of the school, as well as dozens of the children in the playground – all full of excellent questions about the work I am doing across their community.
I had such a brilliant afternoon and a huge thank you to Giovanna, the staff and all the children for making me so welcome.
