It was a pleasure to recently meet with Tamlyn Jones, Vice-Chairman of Wilmington Parish Council to hear about the great work she and her colleagues carry out for the local community. Tamlyn also told me of all too familiar problems of roadworks, as well as traffic and parking issues – particularly around local schools. I will continue to work with local County and Borough Councillors to address these issues.
I met Tamlyn at the The Plough Wilmington, where it was great to also meet Nicola the pub landlord who told me about the investment her family have made in the pub to improve its décor and facilities.
