Christmas Card Competition

I have now launched my Christmas Card competition for 2023.

The competition invites all local children, up to 12 years old, to create a design for my annual Christmas card. Entries may be inspired by pupils’ favourite local activities, places or stories during the festive season. And, the winning entry will then be printed on the front of the Christmas cards I send out in December.

This year, The Stag Theatre in Sevenoaks has also very kindly donated prizes for the winner and runners up:

  • 1st prize – A family ticket for four to see Jack and the Beanstalk at The Stag Theatre Sevenoaks
  • 2nd prize – A family ticket for four to see a film at The Stag cinema Sevenoaks
  • 3rd prize – One adult and one child ticket to see a film at The Stag cinema Sevenoaks

Last year, I received so many fantastic submissions, and you can see the winning design, and runners up, below if you need some inspiration.

Also available to download below is the entry form. I know many local youth groups including local Scout and Girlguiding groups will be undertaking fun activities in the run up to Christmas, so please do spread the word.

Completed entries should either be posted to: Laura Trott MP, House of Commons, LONDON, SW1A 0AA or scanned and sent to laura.trott.mp@parliament.uk.

The deadline for taking part is Tuesday 31st October.

Good luck and I can’t wait to see the amazing artwork of our talented young people.
